Terms and Conditions – Narra Holidays

1. Booking and Confirmation

  • All bookings must be made in advance through our official channels (phone, email, or website).
  • A booking is confirmed only after receiving a confirmation email or message from Narra Holidays.
  • To secure your booking, a deposit of 50% of the total rental amount is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance must be paid before the commencement of the journey.

2. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made 7 days before the journey: Full refund of the deposit amount.
  • Cancellations made between 3 to 7 days before the journey: 50% of the deposit will be refunded.
  • Cancellations made within 3 days of the journey: No refund will be provided.
  • Narra Holidays reserves the right to cancel bookings in case of unforeseen circumstances, such as natural calamities or vehicle breakdowns. In such cases, a full refund will be provided, or an alternative solution will be offered.

3. Payment Terms

  • The total payment for the trip must be made before the journey begins.
  • We accept payments via online transfers, credit/debit cards, or cash payments.
  • Any additional charges incurred during the trip (such as exceeding the kilometre limit or any damage to the vehicle) must be settled immediately after the trip.

4. Kilometre Limitation

  • Each package includes a specified kilometre limitation based on the destination and duration. For instance, a 2-night, 3-day round trip to Tirupati includes a 1300 km limit.
  • Any excess kilometres beyond the pre-specified limit will be charged at ₹18 per km for Tempo Travellers and ₹24 per km for Mini Buses and larger vehicles.

5. Vehicle Condition

  • Narra Holidays ensures that all vehicles are well-maintained and in excellent condition before the start of the trip.
  • Passengers are responsible for ensuring that no damage is caused to the vehicle during the rental period. Any damage caused by the passengers will incur additional charges.
  • Smoking, consumption of alcohol, and any illegal activities are strictly prohibited inside the vehicle.

6. Driver and Service

  • A professional and experienced driver will be provided with every rental vehicle. The driver’s allowance is included in the package price.
  • Drivers are not permitted to drive more than 8 hours a day for safety reasons. Adequate breaks and rest periods must be provided to the driver.
  • The route and schedule are to be discussed with the driver before the journey. Any additional requests for changes during the trip should be communicated in advance and may incur additional charges.

7. Taxes and Charges

  • All rental prices include toll charges, driver allowances, state taxes, and parking fees, unless specified otherwise.
  • For interstate travel, applicable state taxes (such as Maharashtra, Andhra Pradesh, MP, UP, and Bihar state taxes) are included in the price.
  • Any additional charges, such as specific permits or parking fees not included in the package, must be borne by the customer.

8. Passenger Responsibilities

  • Passengers are required to provide accurate information regarding the number of travellers and ensure the vehicle is not overloaded.
  • Any loss or damage to personal belongings during the trip is not the responsibility of Narra Holidays.
  • Passengers must respect the local laws and customs of the regions visited. Narra Holidays will not be held liable for any legal issues arising from passenger misconduct.

9. Unforeseen Delays and Conditions

  • Narra Holidays is not responsible for delays caused by road conditions, weather, strikes, or any other unforeseen circumstances. However, the team will work diligently to minimise any disruptions.
  • In case of a vehicle breakdown, Narra Holidays will arrange for an alternative vehicle or provide compensation depending on the situation.

10. Liability

  • Narra Holidays holds no liability for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur during the trip.
  • Narra Holidays is not responsible for any changes in itineraries due to natural disasters, political unrest, or other uncontrollable events.

11. Customisation and Itinerary Changes

  • Customised itineraries can be discussed and arranged at the time of booking. Any mid-trip changes to the itinerary may result in additional charges.
  • If the journey extends beyond the agreed duration due to passenger requests, additional charges for extended travel time and kilometres will apply.

12. Force Majeure

  • Narra Holidays shall not be liable for any failure to perform any of its obligations under these terms and conditions if the performance is prevented, hindered, or delayed due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to strikes, weather conditions, civil disturbances, or other natural calamities.

13. Dispute Resolution

  • In case of any dispute or disagreement, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the issue amicably. If a resolution is not reached, the matter shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
